Yes, I strongly agree with you that there are some certain skills required for different management levels. Work load and duties differ from management level to employee level that is why skills also differ for different management levels. Human relations skills are required for top management level posts such as president, vice president, HR, etc. because they need to maintain the balance between employees and employer; they need to answer to all the questions, and queries rose by employees or board of directors. First line managers require technical skill and on the other hand, middle hand managers require conceptual skill along with technical skills (Leithwood, & Riehl, 2004).
